Pruning Shrubs and Trees

October is the perfect time for pruning woody shrubs and specimen trees. Horticultural consultant, Jennifer Brennan, an experienced horticulturist specializing in plant pathology and entomology diagnostics, perennial plants, and practical garden problem-solving, is returning to give us a presentation on the best techniques and tools to use when pruning; as well as which plants that should be pruned in Fall and which are better after flowering in the Spring.
